I'll give it another go

#1...........Winchester 64, but it appears the forend has been slimmed, or it's a 94 with PG

#2............Oberndorf Mauser don't know much about military mausers.....hey you changed the photos, that is a Spanish mauser or 1909 Argentine

#3..........Winchester model 52 22 lr

#4..........Browning Superposed

#5..........Marlin

#6..........Remington

#7..........Brown Bess

#8..........British and military, beyond that no idea.

#9.........Know it but can't think of it off the top of my head......Believe it to be a Remington but just can't remember the model.

#10.......Carcano

#7

1- Winchester, I'm guessing pre'64 M70, ( could be a 71 though)
2- Pics 1 & 2 don't match- 1st is a Swedish 96, 2nd M98, I'm guessing Czech origin
3- Winchester 69
4- Browning Superposed
5- Marlin 336 "waffletop"
6- no clue
7- still clueless
8- Lee Enfield, but not a "smellie"
9- Remington Model 8
10- Carcano, 6.5mm.

c-fbmi gets 5, Evan guy gets 1, 9.3Mauser gets 4. Hint #9 is uncommon milsurp circa 1890

SORRY you're right #2 pics aren't same gun oops I fixed it but still can't give it to you 9.3mauser

1-Winchester model 54
2- Mauser 33/40
3- Winchester 69a
4- Winchester 101
5- Marlin
6- Gussing American made judging by the crap phillips screws.
7- Bess
8- Lee Speed w/volley sight
9- 1888 Commission Rifle
10- 1891 Carcano

Shell Shucker got 7 of 10, 8 if you're right about #8, not what I had in mind for #8. Nobody got #1 so I better add another pic in case some could be correct.

OK here are the answers I was after:
1-Winchester model 64
2- Mauser M24
3- Winchester 69a (or 69 prob OK)
4- Winchester 101
5- Marlin
6- Remington
7- Brown Bess
8- Long Lee (Mark 1)
9- 1888 Commission Rifle
10- Carcano (91/24)

Hey 7mm............first pic was just a widows peak butt plate, common to several Winchester models. I answered before you added the second pic, which obviously makes it a 64 or 94 PG. I deserve a mulligan on that one, as the original pic showed nothing more than a Winchester butt.

c-fbmi yes you are correct I didn't realize or had forgotten that plate was used on models other than the 64. I'll credit scores with Winnie answers. Now would someone please buy my commission rifle so I don't decide to keep it!
