guess these cartridges

I inherited a few items from an old friend, among his very few possessions was a modest cartridge collection. See is you can guess them.

#2 is 7mm RM
#3, I don't think is 257 Wby. It is on a Super Speed 300 H and H case but has little or no taper and is 2.16" to the shoulder. And the shoulder looks like it is close to 40 degrees.

#9 is .32-40 Win. , # 8 .358 Win., #1 24 ga. shotshell, #4 7X57, #5 30-03 US., #11 .32 S&W,# 10 .303 British., #6 .280 Ross.,

That 3rd cartridge from the right bears strong resemblance to an Ackley Improved shoulder... can you measure the bullet diameter roughly ?

#3 would be the 25 Ackley short belted magnum.........you said 25 cal bullet right?

Yep, 25 cal, Super Speed 300 H and H case, 2.16" to the 40ish degree shoulder. The other I find interesting is the 1940 Finnish 303 case.
