Well, it could be a 30-06 or x57 case sized in a 308 die, but not yet trimmed. Course, that's not a real cartridge, per se

Prosper is the closest so far, it's actually an 8mm Mauser sized in a .308 FL die and left untrimmed. The bullet is a 180 grain Hornady RN. Good eyeball there Prosper.........
