Just bought a case of 2280 tokarev surplus ammo, guess I'll be shooting that pistol this year. Cheaper to shoot surplus tokarev than to reload 9mm....

Awesome. Just be sure to give your gun a good cleaning after every range session and you'll enjoy it for years to come. Those little Toks seem to be damn good value and fun for the low admission price.

60$ shipping from wolverine seemed like expensive to me though, but it's sold out everywhere else I checked.
60$ is ok for the shipping considering the weight of the crate. My local store has some ammo crates of 2500 rounds (75 pounds)...it think I'get one....

Canada ammo had free shipping while they had boxes though ;)
I usually don't buy ammo in crates, but that's a good price and I will have ammo for awhile.
Now if we can have the indoor range this year I might shoot a lot more. We shoot outdoors once a week so that's not a lot of shooting, and you have to pick brass in the snow or dirt.

Indoor ranges allow the surplus 7.62 X 25 rounds right? I just read every where it's just full metal jacket.

Doesn't say anything about steel core.

Usually indoors ranges won't allowed 7,62x25 military surplus because it is with a steel core, bounce everywhere..., not milsurp should be fine.
