what if after i made payment(certified check or postal money order).the seller
in the EE section do not send me the gun..What now What can I do to get my money back?? What are my option ?? thanks you

In theory, someone that is really determined to rip you off can generally get away with it. You can threaten to call the cops, or to report the gun as stolen; but srsly, you're hosed.

However, the reality is that bad deals in the EE are vanishingly rare, and the opposite is generally the rule. Look at the person's trader rating, drop a PM to a couple of the people s/he has done deals with and then just do it. Sure someone with a bigger trader rating is safer, so someone like Doug, with a trader rating of 400+, ... just send him money for the heck of it, he'll make sure you're happy. Someone like me with a trader rating of less than 20, you'll probably want to contact a few of my 'customers' before you send that cheque.
And someone with a zero trader rating?, first make sure it's not zero because of bad trades, then if it really is a noob, you're just going to have to trust your instincts.
Here's a hint tho', actually get their home phone number and talk with them first. That will usually clear-up any potential misunderstandings (which are the vast majority of 'bad trades' IMHO).

Make sure to use the iTrader system properly as well. Other people need to be warned about this user so they don't fall for the same trap.

Be sure though that you are in fact being taken advantage of. Do you have other ways to contact this person? Phone number, etc? I always make sure to get the phone number or alternate means of contact for the person in case they cannot get on CGN or their email isn't working, etc.

If this person is in fact stealing your money then I would contact the police and get a fraud investigation started.

1. visit your local police and make a complaint.

2. leave an appropriate Trader rating.

I know it's too late for any recourse now.
But in the future...EMT transactions are great for paper trail.
With electronic money transfer, you can (with a little #####ing), reverse the transfer at your bank.
I'm sure with a few days, you'll find the seller will come through.
I have faith with 99% CGNers on the EE forum.

Good Luck

Not if the payment was already accepted.
