Around my place, I’m called “Grog” because of the way I “finesse” things.:p My wife on the other hand is called “Yes Dear” because she has other skills and I’d like her to continue using them.:D

Among other things, she is an artist, sooooo when I was thinking about doing a camo job on my coyote rifle, I had some tough decisions to make. Should I use a roller or brush? Should I just dip the rifle in 45 gallon drum of paint? Crayons? Maybe duct tape some sticks and leaves to it?? :runaway:

Oh wait!! Grog Fix!!!

I almost forgot about groveling. ;)

After much negotiating, whining and sniveling I finally agreed to allow her to camo my .223 Ruger #1.:D

I have a friend who is also an artist [taxidermist] who was up from the U.S. calling coyotes. He brought up some Duracoat paints and some equipment and gave “Yes Dear” some help to get started. She already had the compressor, airbrush and loads of talent.

I wanted something to work with my snow camo. This is it::eek:

I thought she did such a great job on the .223, I’m going to let her do my binos and my Swift to match my ghillie suit.:dancingbanana:

I’ll post some pics later.

So if you want the easy way to camo your gear, just ask your wife.
