Gun case reupholster

Hey all.
Couldn't find the proper forum, so please forgive me.
I've purchased a gun case for skeet, that holds both gun and skeet tubes. It needs an internal overhaul. It resembles an Americase styled for skeet.
Before I venture any further, are there any recommendations to refurbish the inside of my case? Preferably southern Ontario.
It's over 30 lbs, so I suspect shipping would be a no go outside of the province.

Have you though about doing it yourself?

I've done a few case interiors for myself and shooting pals - mainly custom interior work so everything fits nice and snugly. The basic materials:

- interior car carpet. Princess Auto carries blue and black rolls
- foam. I use either a high quality carpet pad or a foam checker plate liner roll and cut to fit. You can buy that at Home Depot
- 3/8 plywood for strength in the barrel dividers
- 3M 77 spray adhesive

Take your time, lay everything out, cut foam and liner to fit and you're all set.

PM me if you like and I'll send you a few pics. Do it properly and it'll look as good as factory.
