gun jamming or not cocking

Most probably it is a problem with burned powder residue fouling, but it could be a weak action spring, or the chamber is rough.

Try soaking the whole thing in solvent over night. Hoppes powder solvent is about the best i know of. Brake cleaner isn't bad. Let it dry and try it without any lube. Scrub your chamber as well.

I'm confused here , you guys only oil/lube your firearms for storage?

Some semi auto rimfires don't work well when lubed with oil or greasy lubes - it actually causes them to foul faster because the blow back powder residue sticks to the oil and turns it into a sticky gummy mess.

Try your rifle without lube just to see if it works. Over lubing can actually jam some rimfire actions and you are trying it dry to see if there's any improvement in reliability.

Later you can lube with a dry lube like molybdenum or graphite.

Are you sure there's no black plastic pull down handle on the front? Is your fore stock ending abruptly with a bolt across the end? I'm looking at my mark III stuff...

regardless, Your action seems a bit busier than my '64...

After a real good "sovlenting"(don't look for that in websters...) check all the bit's n' pieces for wear or bends/deformties...

I, Personally dont "OIL" a semi .22...stuff will stick to it and, it will act like your's...
You clearly state in post 1/orig you cleaned and, oiled...you should have gotten a few shots nicely before any fouling (unless you GREASED...I did 20 years ago...lol) issues.

Try it dry before you actually change bits n' pieces. Look at everything carefully/closely. Metal on metal that, hasn't gotten along well, will show it.

PLEASE try 1 clip of sub sonic round nose and, 1 clip of hyper/high round nose

I just bought a 22 LR semi auto. Mossberg lakefield autoloader mark 3.

I have 6 shot clip that came with it. Now , when after i fire the first shot , the second will either enter the chamber but the bolt wont be cocked , or cartridge will jam in between chamber and bolt(before being fired). This happens to just about every cartridge , they will jam , or bolt just wont ####. I just cleaned the whole firearm from A to Z and oiled it. It did the exact same thing before I cleaned it also. I'm just wondering what could be wrong? I hope it's just a bent clip :(. Please help out!

I say it's the magazine.

Make sure the mag spring is oriented correctly in the tube and that the follower travels freely all the way to the bottom and back.
