What the tests do not do is also check gunpowder residue cleaning as well as cleaning of rust. Many of the lubricants on the market claim to be Clean Lubricate and Protect. In my MIL SPEC tests, only SLIP 2000 50EWL and BreakFree CLP work. I will post the article that I wrote in the near future.
