i'm looking for some paint for my gun. the scope, stock and barrel/reciever. i seen some at a gun show this year but do not remember who or what it was called? i liked the camo. if anyone has done this, i'd like to know how durable it is. and how you prep the different parts? and where you can get it. i'm in small town alberta. thanx

Durakote(sp), never used it but it has gotten very good reviews and is sold by a member of CGN.Do a search it will show up.
Gunkote from Brownell`s I have used it several times with good results but that said I am going to try Durakote next time because it is Canadian!
Krylon is ok but not in the same class as the above mentioned.

krylon camo is good in that it is not too hard to remove if you want to change the color/pattern. I used it to paint my Ruger M77 MkII a few months ago and I've hunted with it all season. It has scratched off in a few places but still looks fine to me.
