I see these sets of plans for .22 Gatlings and so on every month in my machining magazines. Has anyone tried any of these plans? Has anyone build up a gun on plans? I understand they are legal, and not really full auto. I saw one to build a 1919 look alike basically over the action of a Ruger 10/22. Anyone know anything about these?

Gatling guns are prohibited in Canada. Doubt that there would be an exemption for a .22 version. The CCS 1917/1919 design is interesting, and there are projects in the works. The firearm is still a 10/22, so it is non-restricted. Recently there were photos posted of a miniature M2 .22 look a like in its chest.
Yes, after the government had it pointed out to them that thier onerous legislation did not include Gatlings etc, they went back and added them to the list. I have a set of the plans, haven't built one yet though. - dan
