I am thinking of selling some of my riffles and shotguns but really have no idea what they may be worth. I am looking for some ballpark figures that these guns may be worth so that i dont end up giving them away or asking way too much for them.

Here is a list of the guns...

8mm Remington Mag. Bolt Action Model 700 with a Tasco scope in very good condition. Also includes about 4 or 5 boxes of shells.

270 Win. Left hand Bolt Action Model 110E with a Busnell scope and a few boxes of ammo. Excellent Condition

12 gauge semi auto. Remington Model 1100 very good condition and couple boxes of ammo.

.22 semi auto. Winchester Model 77 good condition and lots of ammo

.300 Savage Model 99F lever action with scope. good condition and a couple boxes of ammo

.410 single shot Cooey Model 840 in very good condition and a couple boxes of ammo.

Thanks.

I can help with a couple of them.

The 110 Savage averages around $350 to $400, it being a lefty I'd wait it out for a lefty buyer before dropping the price.

The 99F in good cond will run someone $375-$400 for an F on average.

A cooey single shot you can pick up at the local gunshops for $100 give or take a sawbuck.

The Cooey is worth about 75$
The Remington 8mm about 5-600 less if you don't sell it with the ammo
The Winchester maybe 125 in good condition.

These are what I have seen similar guns go for at the above prices you wouldn't be losing out or ripping anybody off.

is the 1100 a 2 3/4 or 3" choke tubes of fixed choke? the 8mm ask 6-7 (you have $100 in ammo if factory) Id say Mad Dog is right on & 22 auto $125-150. just my feeling AJ

The 1100 is a 2 3/4" with a fixed choke. Any ideas on what it may be worth?

Thanks everyone for your feedback so far.

I think you can get around $130 - $150 for the .410 cooey if its in very good condion - no rust, good bore, no major gouges or dents. Thtas what they have been going for on the CGN exchange.

Single shot .410s sell for at least 50% more than a same model 12 gauge, because everyone wants a little "chicken gun".
