What time do Gun Safety Courses(Non-Restricted Firearms) usually start at? Is there one that starts at 12:00 or 1:00 P.M? Also how long is the Ontario's Hunter Education Program and what time does it usually start at?

1) Depends on the Instructor, but there's a lot of them so i'm sure you'll find the one with schedule which meets your needs.
2) Usually 2 days. Regarding the timing - same as above.

Non-restricted takes 1 day, restricted also takes 1 day....usually they start in the mornings, unless you can find an evening class that is spread over a few nights.

Hunter's ed course is the same - 1 day so usually starting in the AM as well.

Some places offer both on a weekend, check your local club too they might be running them.

When I did my non-restricted and restricted they were one course a day and started at 8:00am. the reason for this is the course is a mandatory 10 hours in class with a exam at the end. I imagine it would be difficult to break that apart over a few days but you may find a instructor who will.
