Gun show bullet find

very cool. I recently got some of those in .308" 200gr and .311" 215gr with the steel jacket

I have quite a few of those excellent Norma bullets here. 6.5mm - 139 gr; 270 - 130 gr;
7mm - 150 gr; 30 cal - 180 gr and 8mm 196 gr. They are decent bullets at velocities
under 2900 fps. For example, the 8mm 196 grain is great in the 8x57, but will not handle
the speed of the 325 WSM or the 8mm Rem Mag at closer ranges [<150 yards] Dave.

Stupid question.....didn’t manufacturers publish recommend FPS data for their bullets...I remember the issue with 3030 bullets being used in 3006/300 win mag,they were coming apart in flight.I also think when the 7 stw was out and bullets were not meeting the target...

I had some in .375

I shot a bear at pretty close range and the jacket peeled back like a sunflower and fell off near the entrance wound while the lead splooged out and on. Killed the eff out of the bear but I wasn't too impressed. I'm sure your 250 gr 35 cal bullets will also kill a bear just fine.

I'm sure those will kill your bear. I like the Hornady 250 RN bullet alot on bears from my .358 Win's... also like the 250 Partitions out of my .350 Rem Mag's, but the Paritions would surprise no one...
