Gun Show..Photos are up.

Very very nice. Thanks for posting the pictures. Looks like a very interesting show.....and a lot of work for you. Its nice that a collection like that can be seen by hundreds of interested people, I'm sure everyone of them enjoyed seeing them.

Actually Willy, there are a large number of younger people who gravitate to the black tacticool guns and have zero interest in the old levers. I had a lot of the older crowd drooling though. Had some significant offers on my 405 95.
It was fun though but a lot of work, I just finished putting everything away and it's 6 pm here Sun. Now to the range for some load development on the 9.3-300WM or as I'm going to call it the 9.3X65 belted

If it is the gun I think it is, I bet you did get some nice offers. The nicest 405WCF I have seen up here. Kick...ouch!

 Very nice, indeed!! :)

I have a boatload of rifles I would love to display and chat with perusers over, but there aren't too many "display" friendly guns shows nearby.

Most guns shows here in Saskabush are packed with tables and people and the potential for damage is too great. Poor excuse, I know.

You said a mouthful there. I find a majority of the young crowd is enamoured of the black plastic stocks, bead blasted finish, banana magazine thing. Not much appreciation for fine workmanship and classic styling. Maybe I'm a fudd and a lot of the younger generation will develop more appreciation of the finer things. At least they are interested in guns. BTW, nice collection!

You got me thinking about this......

I guess the younger crowd grew up playing video games and from my
recollection of thoughts on the guns they use on these games, I don't
recall seeing these fine old beauties used?
