Shouldn't be a problem!
Hogue stocks are made of rubber and cause no problem as long as they are properly cleaned. Our standard recommend process of cleaning using a gun-specific degreaser and scrubbing with a small brush should be enough to get the job done.
Rubbing alcohol is a good last step to remove any remaining moisture or residue. Dry with a lint-free cloth or run with warm water and let air dry.
