Gun Smith in the GTA

Was wondering if anyone can help me find a gun smith in the GTA. I'm just looking for someone to change our a barrel for me on my REM SA. I have it all stripped down, about to go buy the tools to remove barrel if I don't find someone that can do it asap lol... Everyone is saying 8 weeks to remove and exchange a barrel LOL... Thanks for any help.
