Since your request is for tools then it should ok to say check out EBay for gunsmithing tools. Shouldn't have a problem finding a seller that will ship to Canada. Its not illegal to ship stuff like tht across the line! Brownells has a great selection of tools available as well.

Well i guess for now it'll be for cleaning and general maintainance, but i would like to start expanding my horizons and start doing some stock modifications, bedding and other minor modifications on my own. I dont have much experience doing any metal working, on rifles, at least not yet.
The MTM one is good, as the the TIPTON one which has been made by several companies. It's what I use.
