Damn. I'm blocked, too, even after having gone through the process of setting up an account with them last year.
I had noticed other US gun dealer sites blocking non-US IP addresses; maybe it's a choice the owners make to keep things domestic. I'd imagine it can be a PIA to export arms from the US - and perhaps riskier for those FFLs to do so?
Who knows.
According to Google it is blocked from their side. It’s the site itself which has put walls up. I google gun auctions USA and I hit the first site that came up and it opened up as expected. I think it’s a GB thing and not the CRTC surprisingly.

You can get an account with them as a Canadian. They require relevant id like a PAL and drivers license. I sent a selfie with my id held next to my head and got my account activated. Then you can buy whatever you want off gunbroker and have it shipped to Canada through an importer, as long as it is legal in Canada. It’s like buying from Irunguns, but with an extra step and extra fees.
