Fudd is a term used to describe a gun owner, typically a hunter who:

1) Believes all handguns and other restricteds should be banned
2) Thinks only the types of guns he owns have a legitimate purpose
3) Is ignorant of the fact the anti's want ALL guns banned and once they get the restricted stuff, his hunting guns are next.
4) Does not participate in any action to fight for firearms rights.

The term comes from Elmer Fudd.

In rare instances it can also apply to other gun owners as witnessed by an arrogant, pompous Swiss Arms owner #####ing about the reclassifications in an interview with Sun News recently.

Those other guns, yeah ban those but my gun is a $4000 technical marvel. Made me want to puke.

He'd be a Swiss fudd.
