Gunpowder in Ontaio

Higginson's is alright, but I've been finding lately that some of the smaller gun stores carry better prices on bulk powder. Plus, when buying in bulk, Higginson's charges a $25 hazmat fee and often sends their bulk powder in a bag, rather than a jug.
