Guns I wish I'd kept.

The only 2 guns that I ever sold and regretted was my Glock 19 and my Benelli M4. It took me a year, but I now own them both again, not the exact same ones, but I'm still a happy camper!

No wonder you're a happy camper! That's cause you raped me for a good price! > kidding!!! :nest:

Sold a Steyr GB a few years ago that I wished I kept. Had been watching out for one for years, and this one fell into my lap. Still don't understand why I sold it. Dummy.

Tell me about it... lightly used one... $700... At the time I already had a pre model 70 NM and a serie 80 GC, so I figured I didn't need yet another 45acp...

Ho well, what can you do.

Too bad you let it go for just two norinco price for one of the best 1911 made. Don't seems they make them anymore?

I'm feeling the love but I'm not seeing any pictures!

kimber tactical custom 2 keep kicking my self in the ass for sellin it.

These two are typical gun whores. Neither of you will ever be faithful to any gun. You are destined to die lonely and sad for having gotten rid of old guns for prettier new ones. Always lusting for someone elses gun. Love the ones you have.

Regret selling any pistol? Not really, well maybe for a day or two. That would be a stainless Colt Series 80 MKIV Government. Dressed up with the prerequisite match goodies i.e. adj. combat sights, Smith Alexander flat magwell, Safariland grips, McCormick trigger, Svenson Ambi Safety, Wilson beavertail, front strap checkering, etc except it had the original barrel to keep the slide frame fit loose (for reliability in my mind at least) , as it was a carry piece (yeah, that was a previous life).

What I really, really regret was requesting a gunsmith friend (?) sell a completely built, stock Colt Combat Elite, and then he disappearred from the face of the earth (the same previous life 17 yrs ago). So technically I didn't "sell" that pistol and sometimes still think of that piece to this day.

The two I regret selling are my Kimber Covert Custom and my Famae mini. The Kimber was the first gun I sold on the EE, and the first Covert Custom in Canada. RCMP had to make a new FRT# when Questar brought it in for me.

Those are some real beauties Pat. There are a couple I feel that way about as well. :) By the way, i was out yesterday with the.380 PPK, it shoots beautifully. Thank you, my friend.

Colt double eagle 10mm. Really. It was my bush carry gun 20 years ago, until I had an upsetting trigger failure. I sold it, in disgust. I had an unpleasant vision of having to throw it at a hungry bear. Truth is, it was very accurate, and never jammed. It had an action very similar to a Sig. It just never inspired confidence after I pulled the trigger, and it didn't go bang.
