Was looking at photos from Yemen; mostly seem to be AK variants with the occasional SKS, Mosin, Mauser, Lee Enfield, Garand, Shotgun. Even a few guys with knives, daggers, axes, and pruning saws.

And this with "Made in Yemen" on it.

What a #### hole
Just some sick #### with lots of time on their hands and looking to get a rise out of someone, anyone. More than likely someone that can't enjoy the sport because of their own deficiencies in one way or another. Besides all those guns in the pics I have, will always have and enjoy on the regular. You should too

The guy with the pruning saw looks like he’s got something in his other hand. I would laugh if it’s another pruning saw

One thing I always notice when I see this kind of thing, people in war zones really don’t care what the gun looks like. Here we buy furniture and rifle accessories in sets and everything always has to match and look correct. Those guys just have guns that look they were thrown together with random replacement parts out of a bunch of different piles. Polymer hand guard and a wood grip, attach a rail or something with some drywall screws, make a sling out of an old leather belt. It really doesn’t bother them at all

Yemen is often mentioned when asked to name the worst country in the world. A true cesspit.

All of those AKs have the down-up-down trunnion rivet pattern, suggesting they are Chinese, or Albanian. But like the pakistanis, Yemen has local 'craftsmen' making copies, so there could be some of those here, too. They can often make the outside look pretty good. Whether or not they can install any rifling in the bore is another question.

The Houthis are one dangerous little band of miscreants. 7 years of relentless attacks by Saudi with the most up to date yank weapons and they fight on like it never happened. Not to be underestimated. Love their grab bag of weapons!
Their sponsor Iran is the source of all this evil intent and it sounds like Big Red is going to go after them next. Be a nice diversion from all the tariff uproar!👍

The best way to end a recession? Start a war

Because to them they are tools. Do you care what your lawnmower, chainsaw or snowblower look like? I know I don't as long as they work

Shiit, sorry, that one guy lookz rough. -Saw Boy- He obviously has a bone to pick....or saw.
*Edit - They all look Rough/Demented af..esp. with all that 'chew'/drug...even the little kids nawwin' down on the chew.

Doubt the US will accomplish anything in Iran. They lost 18reaper drones against the houthis. Tried to bomb their launching spots, caves held up just entrances blocked. And Yemen is a walk in the park geographical vs Iran. It will be Afghanistan on steroids. There's a reason Israels "major" retaliation turned into a nothing burger.

The bolt guns are the least of the WTF??? in this photo. Is that a Glock 18 with the slide falling off the frame? And why does the dude with the AK (what might be only soviet made AK in the crowd) have a cartridge clipped to the barrel with a machinegun belt link? Is that the only live round he can afford?

What are the Mausers?
From the photos I've seen I would say Persian long rifle and carbine (given their relationship with Iran), German 98k, as well as VZ24. Lee Enfields and Garlands show up in photos, guys that are Military seem to be armed with SKS', both blade and spike bayonet.

Agreed. There's B-2 bombers deployed over at Diego Garcia and they can drop some bunker busters, or the next size up, on Iran but that'll be it I'm sure. Of course it'll be declared a great victory. But more importantly, attention will be diverted from the domestic train wreck for a few news cycles.

Doubt a bunker buster would do much good, since iran is way underground. Its not like they are only 50ft underground. And there is a reason nobody has had an open conflict with them for a long time. Their topography is horrible for any invasion. Dropping bombs just makes civilian casualties that ends up in more people supporting the regime in charge. Would be nice if the west would mind their own business a bit more and focus on internal issues vs sending some people to go down for some oil or minerals
