Gunsmith around GTA area can swap Tikka barrel?

Heard it would need some special mount to take the barrel off and install back if it is Tikka.

Got a recommendation for Jason in Ottawa, but it is a bit far for driving.

Anyone knows any gunsmith around GTA or 2 hours driving distance can do the barrel swap job?
