The 1903 Springfield is basically a Mauser 98 with some differences,so there is nothing too radical about working on them.Ive re-built a number of them to military specs,incl re-barreling.They can be tricky when drilling and tapping for a sporter conversion.What is your specific issue,need,or problem.
