gunsmith for sw 1911 pc

Is there a really really good gunsmith in BC that can work on my new to me sw 1911 pc, it has multiple critical failure issues, no not mag related. Failure to feed, failure to extract, failure to fire. Tried mutiple mags: WC, DLASK, original SW mags, same problem

I would need someone that would actually go fire the handgun, diagnose whats wrong with it, then apply fixes, then test fire again.

Severely disapointed since I bought it a few months ago and could only fire it now and it is a malfunctioning gun.
 
Doesn't dlask have a smith on hand? I know Clarence at bumblebee custom is a 1911 smith...but he is in PG....nice pistol...you'll get it sorted...
 
Sorry for your problems. I am seeing a lot of problems with S&W products lately, I shoot in the US and the Yanks seem to be sending their S&W's back to the factory on quite a regular basis.
 
When the pistol is cycling on its own, 1 out of 2 rounds get caught up on the ramp trying to feed. When I cycle manually its fine.
When mag is full it cannot be seated on closed bolt, so I fill it to 7 rounds, still experiencing same issues.
Sometimes when a round feeds, I cannot fire, its like pistol is on safe, I rack it manually, it feeds correctly and I can fire.
Fails to extract 1 in each 5 rounds.
 
I really think Performance Center does not mean anything anymore, just a marketing ploy for S&W. Fellow shooter here in MB bought a new S&W Miculek 929 PC revolver in 9mm. Trigger was so bad he was trying to figure out if he should send it back or just have an action job done here in Canada. I think they just fire them out the door and wait to see how many will come back.

When you spend a lot of money on a new pistol, the thing should work at least.
 
I think Dlask might be too busy these days. If there is a warrantee then Murray is a good bet. He has good people there. I get a lot of my pistol work done by Clarence at Bumblbee. He's very good with the 1911/2011 platform.
