Looking for a gunsmith that can repair and tune up a Remington 870 & 1100 in bc’s Okanagan

If you are in the Vernon area call wilcox gunsmithing in cherryville you will not be disappointed. He is old school and knows more about firearms then you ever could wish to know and he is the best gunsmith in the valley bar none.

Terry from Black Art Rifle Company is in Naramata and has done a bit of work for me. All bolt action stuff though, not sure if he does shotgun work. Always did excellent work at a fair price.

Dave Jennings in Pritchard does great work... not exactly close but worth the trip IMHO.

Not so sure about that either. I had a bolt that needed a firing pin bushed. Was getting ovaled and piercing primers. They had no idea what that even was. Told me to go buy a new bolt. For a tang M77.

Phoned them and stopped in. They couldn't be bothered.
