Gunsmith in S. Ontario that installs barrels?

As I near completion of parts collected for my M98 Scout rifle, I am in need of a competent gunsmith that can install a new stainless barrel to a K98 action.

Ian at Herron Arms did a good job with my barrel threading. He is near Waterford.
