Gunsmith needed for making 7-30 Waters on Marlin 336SS

Please recommend a good gunsmith that still charges reasonable for rebarreling Marlin 336SS into 7-30 Waters. I always wanted one (http://leverguns.com/articles/paco/waters.htm), with 20” barrel. I asked few smiths in Toronto area but charge will be $600-650, bit too much for my budget. A good used barrel will be OK. Thanks, Onty.

"...charge will be $600-650..." Likely due to needing a custom made barrel. Plus the time to put it on. The price will be roughly the same everywhere. There are no factory 7-30 Waters barrels for Marlins. Used or otherwise.

New barrels run about 340.00 installation close to 200.00 to cut to length, chamber ,thread,and crown. Blueing?? I'd say 600.00 to 650.00 Is a good price. 70x30 is not that popular around here.So finding a smith with a reamer gets to be another problem. Only Speer make jacketed bullets for the Waters now, 120 gr I believe. I have A Win 94 Waters I squirrled away about 600 139gr Hornadys before they stopped production. The Waters never really took off, not really any kind of significant differance offered in the lever gun platform from what is already available 30-30, 35 rem 32 Win sp etc.
