Gunsmith to slick up lever action?

I have a Marlin 1895 in 45-70, and the action is pretty tight. I wouldn't mind paying someone to slick it up. Ideally someone in the Edmonton or Calgary area. Any recs?

Have you tried a bit of gun oil and repeated cycling? I mean 100ish cycles? Worked for me and my model 94.
