Gunsmiths other than Tacord near GTA that do barrel shortening

Hi all, I’m looking for recommendations for good gunsmiths for my Winchester Sx4.
I wanna modify the field model (28” barrel) to a more tactical model by shortening the barrel among other modifications.
I contact Casey at tacord but he couldn’t do it due to the long waitlist. So other suggestions will be appreciated!
