H 4227 Made in Scotland

Anyone here have an idea when Hodgdon was buying powder off Nobel in Scotland? I bought some H4227 , and was trying too figure out how old it was. Metal can Red plastic stopper in top Made in Scotland on the side.

Does it say Nobel, or does it say Scotarms?

I have some Higginson scotarms powder from "back in the day"...

They started buying it from Scotland in the 60's.

Thanks guys, I tried looking online but all the info kept coming up between IMR and H variants and where the IMR version was made.
