If you need a STANAG mag buy one with a good reputation like OK or Brownells.
According to the German SF guys in England last summer they were running EMags in their 416s as they were having problems regarding reliability using HK mags. That is a recommendation to me.

I don't need anything actually, but to me and my tests it looks like a good magazine as far as metal magazines go.

Did I ever say these were better then any mag? No.

Did I say I would buy these over Okay? No, actually quite the opposite I stated that especially at their price point Okay's were definitively a better bet.

Price aside. In construction and form I would rather have these then say ASC SS mags, CProducts SS (which I also own) or E-Lander (well documented inconsistent quality).


So that leaves two choices when it comes to non polymer STANAG mags. Top tier for aluminum magazines would be Okay produced mags and well unless anyone can show better I'd say these are the best steel mags. But they come at a ridiculous price. Hence again why in the first post and other people here we've been inquiring about the KCI clones and where to get them.
