They are restricted. The 13 round mags need to be pinned to 10 though.
They are not made anymore, and haven't been for years.
No dealers ever have them in stock. If somebody has them... once in a blue moon... they sell out right away.
The only place to buy one is on the EE, or another used source, or import one from the U.S. or another country.

I bought this one BNIB a few years ago for $2,250. I could probably sell it for more now (which I will never do):

I bought this one last year from ArmTac for $999 as a used Belgian Police surplus gun. Chris from ArmTac imported 15 pistols. They sold out in 1 day.
People now scalp these $999 police surplus guns on the EE for $1700-1800.
ArmTac gets in P7's or various kinds from a time to time, but they usually sell before he even gets a chance to put them on the website.

They are very nice shooters, well made and accurate. I have one as well, and never regretted picking it up.

The price Dmitri has on his is excellent, if you want in the club, you won't find cheaper admission :)
