Riiiiiiight: and isn't a "pistole" a handgun, and therefore should have a Canadian 10rd capacity?
That's the argument I have with my CZ 91S "Skorpion" that I bought. Even though it has a little wire folding stock, it's really a pistol, and in fact, I have entered pistol bullseye competitions with it. (With much eye-rolling from geezers). Yet it's got 5rd pinned mags. Because of it's folding wire stock? I say that it's just as much a handgun as original Mauser Broomhandles, Lugers and old Browing Hi-Powers that all had detachable (attachable?) stocks.
Enh, that's my rant for today anyhoo.
