H-S Precision rifle stocks

Hello

I have been out of the loop for rifle shooting and would like to know if anyone on this board knows anything on the H-S Precision delay for shipping stocks to Canada. It seems that not even the dealers are receiving their yearly shipment. My three have been ordered since Feb of this year.

Both HS and McMillan are running 5 to 6 months behind in production. Part of this is due to the military demand, as usual, but also now for some reason the US miltary has decided to refurb a whole pile of M40s and M24s, which has made McMillan even further behind than usual.
Some dealers do in fact have some stock, I saw a couple of HS stocks last weekend at the Grande Prairie gun show for sale.

I ordered direct from HS and Dan said that production is 18 weeks and shipping is immediate but if customs gets their hands on it .....well need I say more? If you order a stock they have already in stock but another colour...they will re-paint it for you and get it out QUICK! Great customer service with HS Precision. I ordered my 0.750 barrel channel BDL 700 sportster stock that they had in tan with 14 LOP on Monday, they mailed out today in Granite colour for me. They even changed the sling studs to S/S for me and included action screws and an extra set of sling studs in S/S

I have a couple of HS stock for sales, one(NEW) are long action with adj cheek and length of pull, the other are(USED) short action with mag well for DM.
One Mcmillan stock A2 with adjust length of pull for rem700 also...
not sure what to ask for , but they are both for Rem700 action...
