H1000, SMK 220 HPBT, 300WM Load Data

HI all,

Working up a ladder for my 300wm, my book doesn't have the H1000 load data, could someone help me out with min/max ?

I know I need to buy a newer book but every time I have one in my hand I see something else that i really really need.
