h110 and 38 special

H110 is the WRONG powder to use in 38 spc, try using Titegroup, W231 or 700X.

Now regarding H110 when used in an appropriate caliber, H110 needs a magnum pistol primer and H110 is notorious for having no/poor ignition when it's downloaded. Hodgdon states no to load H110 below 3% of MAX.
