H2 AND H3 AR15 Heavy carbine buffers

aside from the brownells "overpower" hammer spring set...to crack the hard milspec primers that go with cheap 7.62X39.... what buffer would you recommend to go with a 12.5" barrel in a upper build in 7.62x39

I have the same set up with a 11.5 inch x39 I'm running an H3 and seems to work well. But have used H2 and worked well also.
Standard buffer was a no go

Will this work to smooth out the sport 2?
to tell the truth unlikely
unless yo uare getting ejection past 3 oclock, like 5 of 6, oof if the gun is cycyleing to fast and you are getting failer to exstract, or bolt right over one 2nd round, then a heavy buffer will not help
also chck you lower where the buffer tube thread is, if hrs getting beat up then the bolt carrier is hitting it, then you need a H2 or 3
