I just purchased a pound of H4895by mistake instead of IMR4895. I noticed that there is quite a velocity difference in the manuals between the two and I was wondering if anyone had any real world experience with the differences between the two powders.

The difference between H4895 & IMR4895 is not great.
Still a good idea to back off a couple of grains and work up again if you switch.
The velocity difference you note is likely more the rifle than the powder.
I have always seen similar velocities with similar charge weights of these two powders.
