Call Cabelas.ca They have a shop that's easy to find in Edmonton. Cabela's has a string of shops in Canada and a distribution center. If they have the powder at ANY location other than Edmonton, they will ship it to Edmonton, free of charge for you to pick up. They will hold it for pick up. Make sure your buddy has a PAL.

Just bought 4 lbs of it at cabelas. The south side one. They still had over 20 lbs.
