Mr Wolverine's comments: Well the above is straight from the Haenel web site. but in plain English: Superb finish, light (dry weight of 7.2 lb), well balanced and fast handling. Bolt operation is smooth and slick, bolt handle allows for operation with gloves'. Trigger is very crisp, safety is a two position, positive to operate and locks the bolt in the safe position, but with the addition of a separate bolt release so bolt can be opened for safe unloading, detachable box magazine. Second front sling swivel for bipod attachment, the receiver is fitted with a 6 inch 1913 rail allowing for a wide range of optical sights to be fitted. In my personal opinion this is a very fine rifle that offers amazing value for money, well worth consideration
