Haenel model 33

Hey everybody does anybody have any info on a model 33 trainer I just got. It is a Haenel but evidently is a Schmeiser design. It uses 4.4mm bbs and I had to push a 4.5 out of the bore.

It uses a little 6 shot mag and seems to function. Overall in good shape but the wing safety is broken. It works it just is not all there.

It is pretty much a mini k98

You should NEVER use steel BB in these rifles, it has rifled barrel, hence its excellent accuracy, only use 4.4 mm lead balls, prolong shooting with steel BBs will damage the barrel.

The best one is the RWS copper plated 4.4 mm lead ball, shot very well out of mine, Gamo also made 4.4 lead ball in 250 count tin, but accuracy is rather poor.
