Hakim gas adjustment tool

I am now the proud owner of a Hakim-class rifle, but I figure that I will need to get a gas adjustment tool. However, the Hakim's valve screw has an odd pie-shape.

Anybody know where I can get a valve adjustment tool, and more importantly, how to adjust its gas system...
 
The very same instructions I followed and works jim dandy! And gas adjustment starts at about 7 o'clock and NOT at 3, and you reload for these like reloading for the Garand. Otherwise the action isn't so much cycling as slamming. These were fired one at a time while I fiddled with the gas...

IMR 3031 or IMR 4064 (medium burning) were recommended by the good folks @ Milsurps. I didn't have so I had a buddy who reloads for his Garand load a dozen rounds a few grains lighter than what he runs with under both 174gr SPBT and 198gr FMJ bullets from Tradeex. I'll get the charge weights and powder type tomorrow.

The last four shells landed about 25 feet away and weren't dented. I don't see getting more than a few loads out of your brass with this rifle, lots of scratches and scuffs and the ejector needs some smoothing out. Doesn't seem too fond of soft points either. A lot of shaved lead tips left behind.
