What the hell is the point of the redesign? It totally defeates the purpose of what the original was trying to do, ie. a super-easy to control smg/auto pistol. That's why the barrel was so low to begin with, to put the recoil on a much lower axis so it is negated by the weight of the weapon and the shooter's arm.

Now they've got is a .45 smg, something that probably no agency will get since the the mp5 is essentially the pinnacle of the compact smg design.

Also they're moving in the wrong direction as well, the future of self defense combat will be overcoming first and second generation body armour, something even terrorists and banana republics are using. And the MP7 has that taken care of.

By changing three parts, you can convert from 9, 40 and 45. It takes Glock magazines so far.

I for some reason love this thing's staplegun on mutant steroid look. It's Sci-Fi design is by far the best I've seen so far. I think I'd get one in Tan when it comes to Canada.

the second pic is actuely a H&K usp converted full auto...i can tell by the trigger guard. It was just build up on some plastic stuff to make it look like an SMG.

.45 full auto with no felt recoil. Can even be shot one handed.

Saw this bad boy on Future Wpns last night. Awesome. Shooting / filming was done at the Blackwater, NC.

They also showed the new Blackwater Armoured Vehicle, the Grizzly and a full auto shotgun with no recoil. Good stuff.
