The new trigger bar is holding the disconnector from resetting. Take it apart again and compare the edge that works against the disconnector of the new to old.
This is really fussy trimming you need to do. And if you replaced the original trigger bar for a reason then copying the old onto the new exactly is likely to produce the same issue. Unless you replaced the bar for some unrelated reason. Then copy the old and the problem should go away.
It is still fussy work if you want it done right. It may be time to pay the piper and take it to a smith to get it done right.
