Does anyone have any experience with a Hammerli Xesse? I was in line to get a Beretta 87 Target and now fine out i will have to wait 6 months to get one.

Please tell me yes or no on the Hammerli Xesse. I am hoping to get some personal experience. Not just "they are junk" even though you have never shot one.

Thanks.

I don't know of anyone that is bringing them in as of yet since Hammerli was sold off to Walther last year.

We washed our hands of hammerli last March at IWA after I was treated extremely rudly at Walther...

I have an Exesse. It is very accurate, digests everything from cheap bulk ammo to the expensive target ammo and, unlike the Mosquito, it never jams. The sights are easy to use and adjust and the trigger is a delight. If you can fine one I suggest snapping it up. Hope this helps!

My Xesse

My Xesse is extremely accurate, well balanced and very well made. It is easy to clean and has a nice, crisp trigger. The price may sound high for a .22 but I think it is worth the money. My recommendation: buy it or if you own one, hang on to it.

I have enjoyed it immensely.

Well I did it. I got a new one at Ellwood Epps-Only one they had.

I took it out on Tuesday and I must say I am impressed. It is as accurate if not more accurate than my Ruger Mark III was. I drove up to Epps (10 hours of driving) in 1 day to look at a Used S&W 41. I was convinced that this was the gun for me and I was going to get it shipped. All I can say is it was well worth driving for 10 hours in 1 day. Once the Hammerli was in my hands that was it.

Thanks for all the opinions.
