Just wanted to share this with the community, I talked my wife into carving this out for me, it didn't turn out exactly the way we hoped it would, mostly due to the fact I messed up on the wood staining.......But all and all I'm happy with it, there is more pictures I just have to finish it up and I will post them another day. But here is what we have accomplished so far.

3 questions.
1)What kind of butt cuff is that? brand/shop etc?
2)What kind of rail/ mount did you use? It looks like the UTG Trirail...
3)What scope and rings did you use, and how well does it hold zero?

Also, very nice work.

Wouldn't be caught dead with it.

But nice that your wife went through all the trouble!

Don't listen to them Lucky. The photography blows, but I am sure the carving is fine, HAR HAR HAR!

Unfortunately you and the are using the wrong medium...something like that would be right at home on a front stuffing muzzle loader though.

Don't give up! You are on the right track and the next effort will be even better!

To clarify, I'm not critisizing the quality of the carving (hard to see I suppose), I am just not a 'carve/engrave crap on guns' guy.

1. its a blackhawk tactical cuff, bought it from blackhawk in the US..... DON"T paid more in customs fees than the cuff........retarded.

2. UTG.

3. Bushnell Trophy - with um the name escapes me right now, orange box, around $50, low's......when I remember it I will post it.

Still need to get around to finishing the rifle, no time, will post some updates when its done. I know carving is not for everyone but I like it so want to share it with other people who might be thinking about doing something like this.
