I am liking Isnipe too. There is a free wind meter app too for the Iphone. Uses the speaker to read the noise the wind creates flowing by them. Not perfect but is close.

I run Isnipe on my Iphone. It got me on target on my second shot at 900yds

I've used Isnipe, Strelok, Bulletflight L3, and a few others before trying out Shooter. I won't use anything but Shooter now for calculations.

Curiosity got the best of me and I ponied up for Shooter, and after playing around with it for an hour or so I'm sticking with iSnipe.

Ah, kinda left that hanging alright. The biggest problem with Shooter is there is no database of factory loads to bring up for a quick comparison. Not such a big deal if you know all your loads and that's all you're interested in, but no 22LR or 9mm pistol info is too limiting for me.

Besides that is is a very basic calculator, with the only extra seeming to be the ability to sync a profile across devices (haven't registered so don't know what all it offers).

Sooooo many people on Snipers Hide are ranting about Shooter. Thought it would ahve been better.

ok so I hung the gong drove got out lased it, looked up I SNIPE dope dialed it, pulled trigger and smack! that was cold bore 450meters,got back in my truck drove more ranged it looked it up on I snipe dialed again and SMACK,660Meters, all in all I shot ten rounds from ten different ranges 66o was the longest shot, all hits I am very happy with it! I should note I did run it on G7 for the 175SMK and 2659 fps

There is a free one called Strelok, give it a try, seems pretty good to me.

yep! I even tried the hold over pic at 480 and it was a hit too(with my 100 meter 0 dialed)

Once you work with ISnipe for a while, you will be more than happy!

I have had it work very well out to 1760 yards!
Great versatility and reasonalbly easy to use.

What ballistic calculator does iSnipe use? So far I've seen great things from most of the programs that use JBM. Ballistic: FTE is my favorite so far, but there are a couple that I haven't tried yet.
