Seriously, I have a folding table (that never has been folded incidentally) made from 5 feet of kitchen counter top with folding legs. I inset 4 furniture nuts in the surface, my three presses are mounted on plywood bases and attach to the same spot on the table with wing nuts as they're needed. It's stable, movable if need be, and relatively inexpensive. Apartments are tough for space, especially if it's a shared space with "normal" people. My first comment aside, I can understand reluctance to set up reloading gear in the living room. It's not the place for it, really.
